“POCHESESTE” WHITE WINE

It is made from late harvest of white grapes and fermented exclusively in oak barrels.
The name “Pocheseste” indicates a few basket that we use for the manual harvesting, it is a white wine limited production.

Golden yellow.

Persistent and spicy flavors fragrances.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with rich dishes of fish, aged cheese.

Temperature:
Serve at 10-12°C.
