“MEJE” LIVELY RED WINE

In the past, after harvesting wheat (meje in Piedmontese dialect), farmers would restore their energy with a lively red wine that brought joy to moments of conviviality and carefree togetherness.
Meje was created to evoke these beautiful emotions.
As per tradition, it is bottled under the new moon of March.

Color:
Youthful red.

Aroma and Flavor:
Fruity on the nose, with cherry and blackberry taking center stage. Fresh and easy-drinking, enhanced by its gentle effervescence.

Pairings:
Perfect for a “merenda sinoira” (traditional Piedmontese snack) with bread and salami, vegetable tart, and soft cheese.

Serving Temperature:
Serve at 12-14°C.
